Barely used marine-grade touch scree 17″ monitor.  I bought it for a project on my boat, but it ended up being the wrong size and shape for the area I was originally thinking of.  I used it for all of about 2 hours, and it works great.

It’s got a lot of input options, as well as picture in picture, which is pretty useful if you have multiple video feeds.  The touch screen is very responsive, and I was able to navigate Windows easily with the interface.  It requires a serial port for this option to work with your computer.

It has two screw down connectors for the DC power, and I tested it from about 10VDC up to 16VDC and it worked flawlessly.  It comes with a 110VAC power wart that you can use to test things out, or permanently if you prefer.  It has a thick lip around the entire edge of the monitor for mounting in a bridge or wall.

Overall the quality of the screen image is good, given that the system is designed to be viewable in sunlight, and it’s covered by a protective layer for the touchscreen.  I just can’t fit it in where I need it, and I can’t return it.
